An Aurora man was sentenced to two years' probation and ordered not to own any pets for putting his ex-girlfriend's fish down the garbage disposal as she watched in horror.
Uriah Williams, 23, was charged with felony animal cruelty and criminal trespass but pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty in February. It was filed as a domestic violence case.
