The area burned not too long ago, but the cottonwoods are in a little marshy spot and the fire couldn't get to them.



With all the moisture we got this winter and spring, wildflowers are unusually abundant. .
Update: "wildflowers are unusually abundant"? Oh, God, I've become my mother, and guys are really, really not supposed to do that.
