According to CU's Student Organization Finance Office, two of the student groups fronting the Ayers/Churchill/TBA event Thursday, 180 Degree Shift at the 11th Hour and the Student Environmental Action Coalition, have put up $6,000 for the event out of a combined budget for the year of $25,200. Students for TRUE Academic Freedom apparently contributed nothing. The woman I spoke to also couldn't come up with that group's funding from CU, if any, as it's an "independent" student group.

The $6,000, of course, doesn't include the $3,000 security fee for which CU says it will bill the groups.
